Ya-ching Tsao is a skilled Product Designer with extensive experience in user experience and interaction design. Currently at CivicActions since September 2021, Ya-ching focuses on enhancing the mobile check-in process for veterans accessing healthcare, particularly with accessibility for visually impaired users. Previous roles include Interaction Designer and Research Assistant at R-house Lab, where Ya-ching contributed to the development of Honda’s Haru robot dialogue system, and Product Designer at Nuwa Robotics, where Ya-ching developed a web-based program for third-party application publishing. Earlier experience includes coordinating UX research at AJA Creative Design and working as a Recruiting Consultant at Spring Professional. Ya-ching Tsao holds a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction Design from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from National Cheng Kung University.
