Sandy Steward is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading technology strategies and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Civic Federal Credit Union since December 2022, Sandy oversees technology initiatives to align with business objectives and regulatory standards. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Information Technology at Langley Federal Credit Union from April 2005 to November 2022, where Sandy led technology services and chaired the Cloud Center of Excellence. Other notable roles include Assistant Vice President of Applications & Business Support and Sr. Technical Services Manager at Langley, as well as positions at Humana Military Healthcare Company and Anthem Alliance Health Insurance Company. Sandy's foundational technical expertise was developed in the US Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician. Sandy holds a Master's of Science in Systems Management/Information Systems from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Information Systems from Saint Leo University.
