Betsy Scott, CSM, currently serves as a Senior Business System Analyst at Civic Federal Credit Union since April 2023, having previously held the position of Business System Analyst. With a robust background at Langley Federal Credit Union from July 2014 to April 2023, Betsy conducted as a Business Analyst facilitating critical technology implementations and overseeing successful projects, including numerous credit union mergers and conversions. Additionally, Betsy has experience as an Assistant Branch Manager, Subject Matter Expert Trainer, Senior Financial Services Representative, and Financial Services Representative, showcasing strong leadership and customer service skills. Betsy holds an Interdisciplinary degree in Leadership from Old Dominion University and an Associate of Science in Education from Thomas Nelson Community College.
