Andrew Phillips has held various leadership positions in different companies since the late 1990s. Andrew's most recent role has been as President & CEO at Civic Communities, beginning in July 2021. Prior to this, Andrew served as President at Civic San Diego, where Andrew also held positions as Chief Financial & Operating Officer. With a background in finance and operations, Andrew has experience in both the public and private sectors. Andrew holds a degree from San Diego State University.
