Lacey Agredo is an experienced professional in organizational culture and communication, currently serving as Gerente de Cultura Organizacional and Gerente de Comunicación y Mercadeo at Fundación Ciudad del Saber. Lacey has previously held the position of Especialista de Cultura Organizacional at the same organization. Lacey participated in the YLAI (Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative) as a Fellow in both 2018 and 2019, contributing to the Programa Inspirando Catalizadores. Additionally, Lacey has worked as a People and Culture Expert at Selina Hostels and as an Asistente de Gestión Humana at Belcorp. Lacey holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua and a Bachelor's degree from Universidad Latina de Panamá.
