Bill Maxwell has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as an Airworthiness Safety & Compliance Inspector and Deputy Quality Airworthiness Manager at CityJet since March 2007. In this role, Bill conducts internal and external audits, collaborates with the Irish Aviation Authority, investigates incidents, and ensures compliance with evolving legislation. Previously, Bill held various positions within CityJet, including Maintenance Production Support Supervisor and Lead & Line Maintenance Engineer, providing support for maintenance operations across multiple European stations. Bill's career began at SR Technics, where a mature apprenticeship was completed, leading to roles as a Line & Base Maintenance Aircraft Mechanic and as a Buyer/Logistics Coordinator. Bill's earlier experience includes managing a leisure complex at Manx Superbowl. Bill holds a degree in Aircraft Engineering from DIT Bolton Street.
