Jennifer Baron is a Senior Strategist in Policy at Cityblock Health, where the focus is on delivering integrated care to underserved communities since September 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services within the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services from 2011 to September 2021, concentrating on the coordination of care for dual-eligible beneficiaries. Additionally, Jennifer was an Associate Editor for Healthcare: The Journal of Delivery Science and Innovation from 2014 to 2017, overseeing manuscript selection and peer review in health care reform. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Researcher to Michael Porter at Harvard Business School from 2006 to 2011, focusing on value-based health care initiatives. Jennifer holds an MBA in Strategy from the Yale School of Management, an MPH from the Yale School of Public Health, and a BA in Government and Spanish from Georgetown University.
