After a long tenure in the dental field in Los Angeles, Leah moved back to Seattle in 2017 and joined CityBldr's Administrative Team. She consistently learned new skills and took on additional responsibility through the years, improving every division she worked with. Her can-do attitude, innate ability to locate inefficiency and capability to design and implement organizational solutions led to her role leading Operations for the company. She supports teams across the company using optimization-centric processes and procedures - constantly striving to elevate the team.
