Shavon Marion currently serves as the Managing Director of Impact at City Year Memphis, specializing in cultivating high-impact teams and fostering cross-functional collaborations. Previous roles include Learning and Coaching Specialist, where expertise in instructional design facilitated the development of engaging learning experiences, and Impact Manager, leading AmeriCorps teams in delivering critical educational support for at-risk students. Additional experience includes positions as Behavior Specialist at SRVS, Special Educator at Cornerstone Prep, and various roles in special education across multiple school districts. Shavon holds a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction (Special Education) with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis from The University of Memphis, along with a Master of Science in Education focusing on Educational Leadership from Argosy University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Jackson State University.
