Jovan Goldsmith is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of Staff Talent Acquisition Operations at City Year since December 2021. Goldsmith has held multiple roles at City Year Milwaukee from September 2015 to August 2022, progressing from Operations Coordinator to Senior People and Operations Manager. Prior experience includes a position as a paraprofessional at Milwaukee Public Schools and middle school activity programmer at Boys and Girls Clubs of America. Goldsmith also completed an AmeriCorps service at City Year and worked as a scribe at Elite Medical Scribes - All Saints Hospital. Goldsmith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Labor Relations at the same institution since January 2021.
