Bianca Pierce has extensive experience in customer service and leadership roles, currently serving as a Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative at City Utilities of Springfield since September 2014. Prior positions include Registration Specialist at Cox Health and Financial Advisor at JPMorgan Chase. Bianca began a career in management as a Shift Manager at McDonald's from 2005 to 2010. Educationally, Bianca is pursuing a Master's degree in Integrative Leadership at Drury University, having previously earned a Graduate Certificate in Public Safety Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership. An Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management was obtained from Ozarks Technical Community College.
