Arlena Yuen, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for the IT Division at the City University of New York, overseeing the intricacies of human resources within the Office of Computing and Information Services that supports IT needs for 24 colleges. Yuen has held multiple roles within CUNY, including Human Resources Specialist and Coordinator, where efforts included implementing time and attendance systems and managing staffing processes for approximately 1,200 employees. Previously, Yuen gained experience at RadioShack as an HR Assistant and completed an HR Summer Analyst position at Morgan Stanley. Yuen holds an Executive Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations and a B.B.A. in Human Resources Management from Baruch College, along with an A.A. in Business Administration from Borough of Manhattan Community College.
