Pamela Watkins-West is a seasoned professional in affordable housing and real estate portfolio management, currently serving as Managing Director at Nuveen since June 2018. Previously, Pamela held the position of Senior Director of Impact Investing, focusing on affordable housing acquisitions and asset management. Additional leadership roles include serving as a board member for the City Parks Foundation and a director on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Executive Council and Veritas Impact Partners. Prior experience encompasses positions at TH Real Estate and TIAA in global real estate, and earlier roles at CBRE and Guilford County Schools as a certified teacher. Pamela holds an MBA in Real Estate and Corporate Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in English from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
