Carlos F. Perez, PLA, is the President of Perez Planning + Design, LLC, with a tenure beginning in March 2014. In addition to leading their company, Carlos serves as a Board Member for both the City Parks Alliance and the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership, and contributes as an Advisory Council Member at the University of Florida College of Design, Construction and Planning. Previous experience includes a Board Member role at Park Pride and positions at AECOM as a Senior Associate and at Glatting Jackson as an Associate. Carlos holds multiple degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology and the University of Florida, including a Master of City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning, a Master of Science in Urban Design, and a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture.
