Samantha Turner, MPA is a City Councilwoman for the 3rd Ward in Youngstown. Previously, Samantha held the position of Chief Operating Officer at American Maintenance Service, Inc. and Youngstown Area Goodwill Industries. Turner holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Florida and a Master of Public Administration from Franklin University.
