Albert Garza has over 30 years of experience in various roles related to public works and water utilities. Since April 2010, Albert has served as the Public Works Assistant Superintendent for the City of Wylie, Texas. Prior to this role, Albert worked as the Water Utility Crewleader and Water Quality Specialist at the same city from July 2004 to 2010. Earlier in the career, Albert gained valuable experience as a Water Utility Operator and Pump Maintenance Mechanic for the City of Garland between March 1994 and 2004. Albert's professional journey began in the United States Army, where responsibilities included serving as Section Chief for a Field Artillery Howitzer Unit from June 1987 to February 1994.
