Ashleigh currently serves as the Assistant City Administrator/City Clerk for the City of Woodbury, Minnesota, a position held since September 2024. Previous roles include Assistant to the City Administrator and Executive Coordinator at the City of Eagan from October 2021 to September 2024, and Administrative & Communications Coordinator for the City of Falcon Heights from August 2020 to October 2021. Ashleigh's experience also encompasses research and teaching assistant positions at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, along with roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for Urban and Regional Affairs, and Program Manager at the Longfellow Community Council. An academic background includes a Certificate in Managing People in the Public Sector from Hamline University, a Master's in Public Policy focusing on Public & Non-Profit Management & Leadership from the Humphrey School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Political Science from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University.
