Destiny Watt has extensive experience in municipal government, serving in various capacities within the City of Winnipeg since 2007. Currently, Destiny holds the position of Chief of Staff to Mayor Scott Gillingham, having previously worked as Manager of Corporate Initiatives & Administration, Manager of Strategic Initiatives, and Senior Committee Clerk. Prior experience includes a role as a Research and Policy Analyst in the Office of the Mayor and serving as Executive Assistant to Councillor Scott Fielding. Destiny Watt's educational background includes a Certificate in Manitoba Municipal Administration from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Arts in Justice & Law Enforcement and Sociology from The University of Winnipeg.
