Ronel Viljoen is an experienced IT professional with a career at the City of Windhoek since June 1993, currently serving as the Section Head of Business Systems. With expertise in systems analysis, development, and enterprise resource planning, Ronel leads initiatives for IT modernization and supports strategic business objectives through innovative technology practices.
