Doug Vineyard possesses extensive experience in grounds management and horticulture, having served as Grounds and Facilities Superintendent for the City of Delaware from February 1997 to November 2006 and as Horticulture Foreman at the Columbus Zoo from April 1989 to February 1997. Currently, Doug Vineyard is retired after a career dedicated to managing and enhancing public spaces, starting with a solid educational foundation, obtaining a B.S. in Natural Resources from The Ohio State University between 1987 and 1994. Since May 2021, Doug Vineyard has been associated with the City of Westerville in a retired capacity.
