Chris Monacelli has over 15 years of experience in the utility and accounting sectors, currently serving as Electric Utility Manager at the City of Westerville since December 2008, with previous roles as Electric Utility Finance Manager and Accounting Supervisor. Prior experience includes serving as Audit Manager at the Auditor of State - Ohio from December 2007 to December 2008. Chris Monacelli holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Akron, earned between 1999 and 2004.
