Aaron Laurel is a seasoned urban planning and economic development professional with significant experience in municipal management. Currently serving as City Manager and Port CEO for the City of West Sacramento since February 2005, Aaron has also held roles including Economic Development & Housing Director and Senior Program Manager. Prior experience includes the position of Redevelopment Specialist for the City of Woodland, California, from October 2002 to February 2005. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master's degree in Urban Planning from San Jose State University.
