Sash Dumanovic, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Human Resources Manager for the City of West Chicago since May 2022, overseeing a wide range of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. Previously, Sash held the same position at the Village of Brookfield and has extensive experience from roles at St. Charles Park District and Indian Prairie School District, focusing on employee onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and risk management. Additionally, Sash is a Parks and Recreation Board Member for the United City of Yorkville, contributing to the governance of city parks and recreational facilities. Sash earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Elmhurst University.
