Bill Smith is currently working as the Assistant Director of Engineering/City Engineer at the City of Weatherford. Prior to their current role, Bill was an Engineering Technician II at Graham & Associates, Inc. Bill holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, where Bill completed their studies from 2003 to 2008.
