Quentin Hart currently serves as the Mayor of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a position held since January 2016. In addition to this role, Quentin Hart has been a Trainer/Speaker with Public Speaking Solutions since January 2013. Prior to becoming Mayor, Quentin was an Elected Official on the city council from January 2008 to December 2016 and worked as an Administrator at Hawkeye Community College from June 1997 to January 2016. Quentin holds a Master's degree in Post Secondary Education: Student Affairs from the University of Northern Iowa, a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an Associate of Arts degree from Iowa Central Community College.
