Kendall Borg is an experienced utilities management professional currently serving as the Utilities Plant Operations Manager for the City of Waco, TX since June 2023. Previously, Kendall held the position of Assistant Water System Manager - Treatment at the North Texas Municipal Water District from January 2021 to May 2023, focusing on water treatment plant operations and maintenance of facilities. Prior to that, Kendall worked for the City of Waxahachie in various roles from January 2008 to October 2020, including Assistant Director of Utilities, where responsibilities encompassed the administration of multiple utility departments, and Water Production Superintendent, overseeing operations of advanced water treatment facilities. Kendall began a career in the industry as a Utility Plant Operator and also co-owned a subcontracting business, K.O. Builders, from 2006 to 2008. Education includes attendance at Clovis Community College and the International School of Dusseldorf in Germany.
