Jesús Antonio Garza is an experienced city manager with a strong background in public administration and urban management, currently serving as the City Manager for the City of Victoria, TX since May 2019. Prior roles include City Manager for the City of Kingsville, TX and City Administrator for the City of Von Ormy, TX. Additional experience encompasses serving as the Executive Management Assistant in the City Manager's Office for the City of San Antonio and as Director of Economic Resource Development for the Mexicans and Americans Thinking Together Foundation. Jesús Antonio Garza holds a Master of Public Administration from St. Mary's University, a Graduate Certificate in Urban & Regional Planning from The University of Texas at San Antonio, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & International Relations from St. Mary's University, and participated in the Washington Semester Program at American University.
