Gabriela Proce, EIT, currently serves as a Civil Engineer with the City of University Park since November 2023. Gabriela has a lengthy engagement with the American Public Works Association, holding various roles including Texas Chapter Officer, Publicity Chair, and multiple positions within the North Central Texas Branch Executive Committee, culminating in the role of Vice President for 2023-2024. Previous experience includes civil engineering roles at Huitt-Zollars, Inc. from May 2018 to October 2023, encompassing positions from Intern to Graduate Civil Engineer, with a focus on the Public Works Department. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, obtained in 2018, and a prior education at Dallas College from 2013 to 2015. Additional experience includes serving as a Resident Assistant at The University of Texas at Arlington and working in customer service at Chick-fil-A Restaurants.
