Dennis Luckett is an experienced operations supervisor currently with Missouri American Water since December 2017, where responsibilities include supervising regional construction and maintenance while ensuring operational efficiency and training personnel. Concurrently, Dennis has served as a superintendent for the City of University City, Missouri, since October 1991, managing budget development, project scheduling, equipment operation, and personnel supervision. Previously, Dennis was a superintendent and wheel vehicle repair specialist in the United States Army from January 1990 to July 1998, maintaining military vehicles. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Lindenwood University.
