Chris Mazzarella is the Chief Information Officer for the City of Tucson since October 2022, previously serving as Associate Director of Strategy Development in Digital Technology at Raytheon Technologies. In this role, Chris focused on formulating and executing digital strategies aligned with business objectives. Prior experience includes various leadership positions at Raytheon, managing IT strategy execution and digital transformations, and co-directing Certification Services at The American Board of Radiology. Chris holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems and Operations Management from the same institution. Additional educational achievements include a certificate in Business Intelligence & Analytics and coursework in Computer Science.
