Clare Barnett is a seasoned professional in economic development and business growth services, currently serving as the Director of Business Growth Services for the City of Toronto. Previously, Clare held key leadership roles including Director of Economic Development and International Relations at Invest Brampton, Director of the Regulatory Centre of Excellence at The Ontario Cabinet Office, Director of Policy and Business Climate at the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade, and Vice President of Investment Growth at the Ontario Investment Office. Clare's academic credentials include an ongoing MBA Essentials program and a completed Women in Leadership program, both from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
