Serge Haddad, P.E., M.S., BCEE, currently serves as Assistant Director at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power since January 2009, where responsibilities have included managing water utility engineering, regulatory planning, compliance, and construction management for water recycling. Additionally, Serge is a Planning Commissioner and a Transportation and Public Safety Commissioner for the City of Temple City, and co-founded the Lebanese Collegiate Network, holding the position of former president. Other notable roles include being a faculty adjunct in steel design at Loyola Marymount University and serving as president of the LA Cedars Rotary Club. Serge holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University.
