Lana Lozano serves as the Program Manager for Economic Development at the City of Stockton, CA since July 2020, where responsibilities include the planning and coordination of Public Works and Municipal Utilities projects, including the procurement of 75 trash receptacles with a budget exceeding $300,000. Prior to this role, Lana was the Community Social Services Director at San Joaquin County's Human Services Agency from August 2014 to July 2020, managing social service programs serving over 500 community members weekly. Additional experience includes roles as a Career Services Advisor at both San Joaquin Valley College and Kaplan College, a Customer Service Representative at Blue Shield of California, and various positions in community relations, finance, and fitness. Lana holds a Master of Arts in Sports Management from San Jose State University and a BA in Mass Communication and Journalism from California State University, Fresno.
