Dagmara Saini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water resource management and analysis. Currently serving as Program Manager III for the City of Stockton, CA, since January 2021, Dagmara also holds the position of Water Resources Coordinator for the City of Manteca since July 2015. Prior experience includes working as a Biologist specializing in Water Quality at the University of California-Davis from January 2006 to July 2015, and as an Energy/Water Analyst at Navigant Consulting Limited from 2001 to 2003.
