Garrell Roach is an experienced Electrical Engineering Technician and Engineering Technologist with a background in public service and academic training. Currently serving at the City of Stillwater, Oklahoma since January 2016, Garrell has developed expertise in electrical engineering applications. Prior educational experience includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University, completed in December 2015. Additionally, Garrell gained practical knowledge as a Protection and Control Tech-Intern at Oncor Electric Delivery during the summer of 2014, focusing on relay testing and grounding systems.
