David Fults has extensive experience in communications and public relations, currently serving as the Communications and Strategy Coordinator for the City of St. Peters, MO since January 2000. In this role, David leads efforts to enhance organizational communication and culture, focusing on impactful storytelling for the city's 60,000 residents and promoting employee awareness of their contributions. Prior to this, David worked as a Communications/Public Relations Specialist within the same city, handling desktop publishing and marketing communications. David began their career as a News Reporter for the Jefferson City News Tribune, covering a wide range of local and regional news stories. David holds a Master of Business Administration with a marketing emphasis from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Southeast Missouri State University.
