Dawn Hancey has a diverse background in technology and management, currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Infrastructure & Operations at the City of Spruce Grove since March 2015, with prior roles including Technical Services Supervisor and Business Systems Analyst. Previously, Dawn held the position of Manager of Customer Service at SELJAX from October 2009 to March 2015 and worked at BlackBerry as a Support Account Manager and Technical Support Analyst. Dawn’s early career includes consulting roles and application development, with experience at Integral Networking Solutions and JPH International. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Alberta, with studies focused on Business Administration, Management, and Operations, Dawn previously earned a diploma from Conestoga College.
