Anthony Tolstedt serves as the Assistant City Administrator for the City of Spring Hill, Tennessee, since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as City Administrator for the City of Riverton from October 2017 to August 2022, the City of Douglas from August 2012 to October 2017, where responsibilities included being Chief Administrative Officer and Human Resources Director, and the City of Broken Bow from June 2009 to August 2012. Tolstedt also held the position of Assistant to the City Manager and Airport Manager at the City of Alliance from June 2006 to June 2009, with duties including Budget Officer and overseeing the LB 840 Economic Development Fund. Academic qualifications consist of a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver (2004-2005), a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Denver (2014-2016), and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Regis University (2000-2003).
