Julie Torres is a Chief Deputy City Clerk at the City of Sparks. Julie is a Certified Records Manager, Master Municipal Clerk, and Certified Public Official. Julie previously worked as a Deputy City Clerk at the City of Fernley and as a Branch Manager at various financial institutions. Julie holds multiple degrees including an Associate of Arts in Art/Art Studies and Criminal Justice/Police Science, as well as certifications in Records Management and Municipal Clerkship. Currently, Julie is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Organization and Project Management at Western Nevada College.
