Tanya Grillo is a legal professional with extensive experience in managing assigned counsel coordination and solo practice. Since November 2019, Tanya has served as the Managed Assigned Counsel Coordinator for the City of Southfield. Previously, Tanya held the same position for the City of Eastpointe from February 2021 to January 2023 and worked as the Regional Manager for the Michigan Indigent Defense Commission from March 2017 to February 2019, focusing on compliance plans for indigent defense systems. Tanya founded Grillo Law, P.L.L.C in October 2011 and has also gained experience as a law clerk at Stephen T. Rabaut and as a communications trainer at Quicken Loans. Tanya holds a Juris Doctor degree in Litigation from Cooley Law School (2011) and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Central Florida (2003).
