Jarvis Morgan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public works and construction management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Public Works for the City of Shreveport since October 2019, Jarvis has previously held roles including Superintendent of Streets and Drainage and Assistant to the Superintendent. In addition, Jarvis has been the President of MM Concrete LLC since January 2019 and served as Project Superintendent at J.R. Pope from October 2018 to January 2020, where responsibilities included monitoring construction progress and managing project budgets. Experience also includes a position as Construction Superintendent at Construction EcoServices from October 2016 to October 2018, focusing on environmental services installation for stormwater systems, and as Maintenance Manager at Armark Sport & Entertainment from July 2013 to October 2016, where Jarvis developed maintenance strategies to enhance operational performance. Jarvis holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Engineering from the University of Phoenix, completed between 2015 and 2017.
