Fred John has extensive experience in the inspection industry, currently serving as an Inspector for the City of Sheridan since August 2018 and as the Owner of Home Inspection Master LLC since May 2016. Fred holds several certifications, including Wyoming State Master Electrician and IAEI Master Electrical Inspector, and is an ICC Certified inspector with specialization in Electrical, Mechanical, Building, and Plumbing for both commercial and residential structures. Fred previously worked as the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for the City of Sheridan, WY from October 2005 to May 2016. Education includes an Associate's degree in Mining Technology/Technician from Casper College.
