Kelly Grisnik, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director for the City of Shawnee, KS, since March 2024. Prior experience includes various roles at Cadence Senior Living, where Kelly has held positions such as Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources since October 2019. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at Operation Breakthrough and Employee Relations Director at Stonecrest Senior Living. Kelly has also served as the Director of Human Resources at the University of Saint Mary and Tallgrass Creek Senior Living. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Baker University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Kansas State University.
