Bruce Loney is an experienced project manager currently working at Bollig Engineering & Environmental Inc. since July 2019, and serves as a board manager for the Prior Lake-Spring Lake Watershed District since March 2019. Loney has a long history in public service, having retired as the Public Works Director for the City of Shakopee, MN after 22 years, and previously held similar roles including Public Works Director for the City of Prior Lake and Assistant City Engineer with the Henry J. Kaiser Company. Loney holds a BS in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University and an Associate's degree in Pre-Engineering from North Dakota State College of Science.
