Dion White is an experienced Senior Web Designer currently employed by the City of Seattle since April 2018, specializing in usability and design. Previously, Dion served as Art Director and Senior Designer at the Washington State Association of Counties from July 2014 to April 2018, overseeing creative efforts across media to support branding and communications goals. Prior roles include senior design positions at NOID Design Studio, NCI Information Systems, Emerald Home Furnishing, and ProBuild Holdings, as well as web graphics specialization at the University of Washington and broadcast motion graphics design at KING/KONG/NWCN/Belo. Dion holds an AAS in Visual Communications from Katharine Gibbs School and completed a Continuing Education Program in Advertising Design, Interface Design, and Web Development at Parsons The New School for Design.
