Caroline Ratkus, CTRS, CPRP, currently serves as the Parks and Grounds Administrator for the City of Sanford, NC, since September 2024. Previously, Caroline held the position of Interim Senior Recreation Supervisor for Aquatics and Assistant Recreation Supervisor for Aquatics with the Town of Chapel Hill, NC, from October 2022 to September 2024. Additional experience includes serving as Facility Operations Supervisor at Christiansburg Aquatic Center and Aquatics Director at Botetourt Family YMCA. Earlier roles include Aquatics Manager, Facility Manager, and Lifeguard at East Carolina University and an internship at HORSEPOWER Therapeutic Learning Center. Caroline began a Master's degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management at Clemson University in January 2022, following a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from East Carolina University in 2020.
