Kevin Reay has extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving as a Patrol Officer for the City of Salina since December 2017, and previously holding the same position from March 2011 to July 2015. Between these roles, Kevin worked as a Design Consultant for Integrated Paver Systems from August 2015 to December 2017. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Kansas Wesleyan University, which was pursued from 2009 to 2011, following prior studies at Victor Valley College from 2006 to 2009.
