Jack Clements has a diverse work experience in law enforcement. Jack started their career in 1990 as a Police Officer in the Windham Police Department, where they performed various duties including patrolling, enforcing laws, conducting investigations, and participating in community outreach. In 1992, they joined the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, initially working in patrol area commands before transitioning to the role of Resident Officer in Laughlin, NV. Jack later became a Police Detective. In 2017, Clements joined the City of Saco as the Deputy Chief of Police, and eventually became the Chief of Police in 2019.
Jack Clements completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Organizational Management from Husson University between 2018 and 2022. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management from the University of Maine from 1986 to 1990.
