Rebecca Vento, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Utility Engineer for the City of Round Rock since September 2023. Previously, Rebecca held various prominent roles at the City of Austin from January 2016 to September 2023, including Supervising Engineer and Wastewater Facility Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as Reliability Center Coordinator and Plant Engineer at Flint Hills Resources between August 2013 and June 2015. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, achieved in 2013.
