Stefanie Kemen currently serves as the Assistant Public Works Director for the City of Roseville since January 2016, overseeing the Engineering and Streets Maintenance Divisions, while also supporting the Fleet, Facilities, and Alternative Transportation/Transit Divisions. Previously, Stefanie held positions as Engineering Manager and Senior Civil Engineer in the Public Works Engineering Division, managing city projects and various engineering functions. Prior experience includes serving as Project Engineer at Psomas, specializing in civil engineering and infrastructure improvements, and as Engineering Manager at Mid-Valley Engineering, leading a civil design team. Early career experience involved cooperative education at the Montgomery Water Works and Sanitary Sewer Board, focusing on development project compliance and easement acquisitions. Stefanie Kemen holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Auburn University, obtained in December 2004.
